About XIUYI

XIUYI CO., LTD. is based in Tokyo and designs a medical plan for each client travelling to Japan — advanced screening, aesthetic medicine, fertility care. Neither health nor beauty is the result of a single treatment; both are states you keep. We take Japanese medicine, which is at its best in prevention and precision, and shape it into one plan that fits you — then stay with you through it.

How we see this

Most people think of screening once a number goes wrong, and of anti-ageing once a line appears. Japanese medicine is at its best just before that: finding the change while there are no symptoms, holding the state before the ageing shows.

That does not call for a treatment. It calls for a plan that runs year over year — what to look at this year, how long until the next one, and which things are far easier done now than in five years. That plan is our work.

One plan, one person

We do not start from a package. We start from what you already have: previous reports, family history, what you are taking, how your body has changed over the last few years, and the hours you keep and the things you worry about.

All three lines can sit inside one trip. Imaging in the morning and an aesthetic consultation in the afternoon is a common shape; clients heading into fertility care usually clear the endocrine and metabolic baselines first.

A plan is not a one-off. Each year's results change the following year's — which is why we would rather keep a client for a decade than a week.

The people who advise and accompany you

Coordinator: One person, from the first message to the follow-up reminder after you fly home. The team includes licensed nurses.
In the clinic: Someone is with you throughout. Where the language turns technical, it is handled by a member with a medical interpreting qualification.
Reports: Japanese records and imaging reports are translated into Chinese, English or Japanese and the important parts marked; we arrange a second explanation from the doctor when you want one.

Your coordinator does not rotate. You never explain your situation twice.

We work with licensed Japanese medical corporations and university-affiliated institutions. In Japan, regenerative treatments must be filed with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and carry a plan number before they may be offered; we work only with filed institutions, and we will give you the number on request.

The days in Japan

The hours around the appointments are part of the trip too.

Hotels are booked around your schedule, favouring somewhere close to the clinic with a flexible checkout. Transfers use a fixed car and a fixed driver; if you are fasting or recovering, the car waits at the door.

If the afternoon after a screening opens up, it can be nothing more than a walk along the Imperial Palace moat. We will arrange that too.

Transfers, accommodation and itinerary planning are additional services, billed at cost.
